P.S. А от себя…. Последнее время за пять минут до Нового Года ставим поздравления Ельцина (1999, 2000). Не пьется шампанское под товарища Путина, и чем дальше тем сильнее отрыжка.
Ну да тут дело вкуса.
Вышел новый релиз Ubuntu – 7.04 (Feisty Fawn), из основных изменений – ядро с виртуализацией, сильно улучшенный менеджер сетевых подключений, 3d десктор (Beryl/Compiz) “out of box” и т.д.
Качать прямо сейчас тяжело, большинство зеркал испытывают проблемы с нагрузкой 🙂

Откуда, бля, такое количество долбоебов среди моих бывших сограждан?
Я не припоминаю злорадства по поводу “Курска” или Беслана в западных форумах или просто в разговорах. Можно (и пожалуй, нужно) не питать теплых чувств к руководству Штатов сейчас, но тут просто речь об убийстве невинных людей.
Да, мудаков хватает везде, и можно долго рассуждать о причинах подобных случаев, приплести туда рассуждения о вечных (утраченных) ценностях, загнивания моральных устоев и т.д.
Но насколько нужно быть ебанутым в мозгах, чтобы с удовольствием и злорадством обсасывать эту тему, с добавлением комментариев на уровне – “Ахтунг, что тут еще скажешь. Тупая нация эти пиндосы.”.

Есть у меня слабость – люблю старые, надежные, красивые решения. Механические часы, машина с ручной коробкой передач, BBC на коротких волнах вместо online, бритвы Gillette со стандартными безопасными лезвиями и т.д.
Вчера озадачился переносом концерта Сукачева с DVD на носитель для прослушивания в машине, там у меня CD ченджер и кассетник (mp3 нет, и хорошо). Очевидный вариант был бы перетащить звуковую дорожку на audio cd. Но мы легких путей не ищем, да и все слоты в ченджере у меня уже заняты.
Сделал правильный stereo mix каналов на dvd, переписал на хромовую ленту. Листочек со списком песен, сквозной канал на деке, Dolby B и авто паузы… Романтика 🙂
